Shipping and Returns

All customer orders are processed within 2 business days and are shipped UPS unless otherwise specified at the time of order. Your credit card will be billed the day your order is shipped to you, and not before. We also respect your privacy and all products shipped will be shipped in unmarked boxes. Only your name and address along with our return address will be on the box. It is personal and private information. We want you to enjoy our LG-Livart products and get best results you are looking for. UPS might charge an additional fee for residential areas according to UPS regulation, visit their website at: www.ups.com for more information. 

International shipping: 

We offer Worldwide Shipping on almost all of our products. When ordering, please be as detailed on your address as possible. Include the receivers name and phone number. Please note that YOU are responsible to check with your local authorities regarding the legality of these merchandise in your State or Country. We are NOT responsible for any confiscated merchandise. All prices and S&H costs are in US Dollars. International shipping rates vary greatly depending on the destination, the type of service required and the weight of the product. All international orders must be prepaid including shipping. We reserve the right not to ship to certain countries, due to uncertain delivery services. All products are send to costumers properly packaged, LG-Livart will not take any responsability for unproper mis-handling by UPS.

Return Policy: 

You may return any of the following items, within 30 days of receipt of your shipment and receive a full refund:

  • Any unopened shipped product that is offered on LG-Livart.com
  • Any unopened cd/dvd/music recordable disks (Recordable Media)
  • Any unopened or unused batteries
  • Any LG-Livart rice cookers and home appliances not used

A re-stocking fee of 15% will be charged to the consumer when:

  • Any LG-Livart product is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Any products that are returned which are not in their original condition
  • Any products that are returned with missing parts
  • Any products that do not have their original receipt

Please note: Shipping charges are NOT refundable. Custumer is responsible to ship merchandise back to LG-Livart either for service or return; LG-Livart is not responsible for shipment on this matter. 

In cases of return, please email us at sales@lgivart.com with Your Name, Your Order Number (number on your invoice), the title of the product, and the specific problem you have encountered prior to returning the product. Products returned without those information will not be accepted and a credit will not be issued. 

If we have sent you an incorrect product by mistake, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost to you. Email us at sales@lglivart.com for a replacement shipment immediately after we receive the product. We will include a prepaid return mailer in your replacement shipment so that you can use to return the incorrect product to us. 

Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from LG-Livart and after the product has arrived to our store. Costumer will be contacted by our Sales Department to verify account information to properly assure refund. 

Rice Cookers and Water Dispensers carry 1 year warranty of manufacture date, this products could be service at LG-Livart Service Center. In case you need an appliance for service please send us an email at the LG- Livart Service Center.
